Job summary

Ohio Valley Electric Corporation at Clifty Creek is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor/Coordinator (Instrumentation & Controls, Electrical Supervisor preferred) to lead maintenance and inspections of plant equipment. You will supervise staff and contractors, manage work orders and budgets, and ensure adherence to safety and environmental standards.

The role requires strong leadership, plant maintenance experience, and the ability to coordinate across departments and with strategic partners.

Qualifications

• Appropriate leadership and technical experience satisfactory to Company needs.
• Bachelor of science in engineering or related discipline with two years of plant related experience.
• Three years of experience in power plant operations or maintenance.
• Relevant supervisory and coordinator experience in a power plant or similar industry will be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide recommendations for repair and/or replacement of critical components to reduce plant EFOR and improve availability.
• Assist with preparation of departmental records, work orders and budget estimates.
• Assist with measurement and analysis of department productivity metrics.
• Advise on or oversee complex maintenance work and suggest tooling or rigging improvements.
• Coordinate with partners and maintain liaison between plant and strategic partners.
• Oversee work to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
• Document job completion comments and contractor/payroll records.
