Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Denver, CO, is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of property maintenance tasks and support our resident communities.

You will apply skills in plumbing, painting, electrical, HVAC, and general carpentry, and collaborate with the team to keep properties well-maintained and safe for residents. A valid driver's license and a positive, proactive attitude are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service required.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Driver's license and access to a car.
• EPA certification and CPO preferred.
