EMBREY is seeking a Maintenance Assistant at Residences at Grayson Heights in San Antonio, TX. The role involves maintaining buildings and amenities and supporting the Maintenance Supervisor in daily operations to meet resident needs.

Responsibilities include inspecting the property and equipment, prioritizing service tasks, keeping grounds and units safe and functional, and responding to emergencies after hours. A valid driver’s license and on-call availability are required.

Qualifications

• One year maintenance experience in property management or related field.
• Possession of minimum tools required.
• Ability to be available on-call 24hours, seven days a week.
• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and maintain the property, buildings and equipment.
• Organize, prioritize and complete unit make-readies, service requests and general maintenance tasks.
• Ensure the grounds, buildings and units are fully functional, safe and attractive.
• Respond to emergency conditions before, during or after business hours.
• Maintain supplies, tools and equipment needed for maintenance and repairs.

Experience The EMBREY Wayby joining our dynamic Property Management team as a Maintenance Assistantat Residences at Grayson Heights.

As a Maintenance Assistant, you will maintain the buildings and ancillary/amenity areas along with assisting the Maintenance Supervisor in the operations of the Maintenance Department and meeting the needs of our residents and staff.
