Job summary

Jobvite, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the 2nd shift. The role focuses on prioritizing work orders, supervising mechanics, and ensuring proper operation of plant equipment and systems.

Responsibilities include skilled maintenance across mechanical, electrical, welding and plumbing tasks, participation in HAZMAT readiness, and adherence to safety practices. Some payroll-related paperwork and meetings are expected.

Qualifications

• 40+ hours per week in all areas of the plant.
• Verbal and written English communication required.
• Knowledge of methods, materials, tools and practices in building, mechanical and electrical trades.
• Previous mechanical and related experience required.
• Knowledge of occupational hazards and safety precautions.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

General Description:

Prioritize work orders and schedule mechanics according to immediacy and necessity of orders. Monitor all production areas to ensure proper functioning of equipment and machinery. Perform skilled maintenance activities including construction, welding, brazing, soldering, plumbing and hydraulics. Adjust, repair and replace electrical and electronic equipment. Required skills:
