Prometheus Real Estate Group in Washington state seeks a Neighborhood Service Manager to oversee the physical operations of the Neighborhood, focusing on upkeep and preservation of the property. The role requires five years in apartment maintenance, two years of supervision, a high school diploma or GED, and required maintenance certificates such as BOMA or IREM.

The Neighborhood Service Manager is responsible for all physical operations of the Neighborhood, particularly the preservation and maintenance of the property.
