Job summary

Keystone Cement Company in Bath, PA, is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to plan, schedule, and execute daily maintenance work while supervising hourly union Millwrights to maximize equipment efficiency and minimize downtime.

The role requires leadership in safety, budgeting, and program development for the mechanical department, with opportunities to mentor staff and drive continuous improvement in plant operations.

Qualifications

• Two years supervisory experience in industrial maintenance.
• Five years’ experience with heavy industrial equipment and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication and delegation abilities.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and manage maintenance work.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and union environments.
• Experience using CMMS.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safety and regulatory compliance; conduct safety meetings and investigations.
• Plan, schedule, and execute daily maintenance work; manage parts and materials.
• Provide maintenance and technical support to Millwrights.
• Motivate and develop the workforce; conduct performance evaluations.
• Perform daily inspections on critical equipment.
• Assist maintenance manager with outages and budgeting.
• Develop monthly equipment status reports.
• Administer collective bargaining agreement compliance.
• Cover weekend call duties as required.
