Job summary

Voltava is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor – C Crew in Detroit, MI. You will oversee maintenance operations, coordinate repair and preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment and systems operate safely and efficiently.

You will lead skilled technicians, schedule work orders, monitor safety compliance, and drive uptime to support productivity and goals. Bonus points for electrical and mechanical background.

• Flexible and goal-oriented, able to adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience or aptitude in working with electrical/ mechanical trades is a bonus.

6am-5pm (Friday and Saturday)
6pm-5am (Sunday and Monday)

About The Role

Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations, coordinating repair and preventive maintenance activities, and ensuring equipment, and systems operate safely and efficiently. They lead maintenance skilled technicians, schedule work orders, monitor compliance with safety standards, and work to minimize downtime while supporting productivity and operational goals.

• We need a Team player, great communication, and strong knowledge of assembly equipment. Be flexible and understanding of how to reach our Goals

Bonus Points If You Have

• Electrical and mechanical background

Education

• High school, GED, and training in the Skilled trades. I.E. electrical, mechanical and robotics

Travel

• Minimal Travel to other plant for cross training or training related to job.
