Cornerstone Residential is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor in Bozeman, MT to lead the maintenance team and uphold high standards for building, grounds, and amenities. You will coordinate with the Property Manager, manage work orders, and ensure safety and compliance across the property.
The role requires 2+ years in residential maintenance on LIHTC properties, 2–3 years in supervision, HVAC certification, and a valid driver’s license. On-call responsibilities and weekend work may apply.

The Maintenance Supervisor is a hands‑on supervisor responsible for leading the efforts of the maintenance team to ensure the property is in top condition. Oversees and performs technical and mechanical work that ensures the inside and external buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas of the community meet the Company's standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety and overall functionality. In addition, in coordination with the Property Manager, the Maintenance Supervisor is also responsible for supervising and scheduling maintenance activities for all maintenance staff.
Full-Time, Hourly/Non-Exempt
$18-$27 per hour (eligible for commissions and bonuses).
Monday - Friday 8 am-5 pm (weekends: on call if needed)
