Job summary

McKesson is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance of an Automated Refill Center, overseeing mechanical systems, IT networks, and inventory control.

You will hire and develop the maintenance team, standardize procedures, schedule preventive maintenance, and ensure safety and reliability across facilities. The role requires 2+ years in facilities engineering, PLC and networking familiarity, and strong communication and leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years facilities engineering experience with leadership.
• Familiarity with Networking, Routers, switches, and integrating equipment.
• Mechanical and electrical aptitude (conveyors, PLCs, pneumatics).
• MS Office proficiency including Access and SQL Server.
• Strong verbal and written communication; customer oriented.
• Proven experience managing a maintenance team.

Responsibilities

• Operate, maintain and support proprietary and shelf system software and hardware.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer networks and devices.
• Maintain site safety programs (LOTO, Hazardous Waste, Security inspections).
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance schedules and documentation.
• Manage spare parts inventory to ensure equipment uptime.
• Hire, train and develop maintenance personnel.
• Create and maintain maintenance procedures and repair documents.
• Schedule: Sunday – Thursday 9pm to completion.
