Job summary

You will lead maintenance and janitorial teams, oversee automated equipment, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a 24/7 environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in facilities, maintenance, engineering, manufacturing, or distribution operations.
• Experience leading frontline employees in a fast-paced operational environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop maintenance and janitorial team members.
• Oversee facility maintenance, automation equipment, conveyors, sortation systems, and material handling equipment.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, FDA, DEA, DOT, and facility safety requirements.
• Manage facility projects, contractor relationships, and vendor performance.
• Oversee security systems, preventative maintenance programs, and facility audits.
• Manage MRO inventory, budgets, and resource planning.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that improve safety, reliability, and operational performance.
