Cooper-Standard Automotive, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor I to lead skilled technical personnel in maintaining plant machinery and equipment. You will be responsible for ensuring safety compliance, efficient labor management, and the implementation of maintenance procedures.
The ideal candidate requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a technical degree and at least three years of experience in the automotive industry.
This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to solve complex problems.
The Maintenance Supervisor I leads the skilled technical personnel in the maintenance and repair of plant machinery, tooling, equipment and building services in a safe and effective manner.
Professional Office Environment. Must wear proper personal protection equipment while on manufacturing floor. Travel to manufacturing facilities or customer locations when required. Equipment used requires proper training on the potential for and avoidance of injury.
