Acushnet Company is seeking a skilled maintenance leader for a 3rd shift role in Dartmouth, MA. You will lead a team, coordinate with manufacturing and facilities engineering, and drive continuous improvement while upholding safety and housekeeping standards.

Ideal candidates bring a Bachelor’s or an Associate/High School path with 2+ to 5+ years in industrial maintenance, including leadership, hydraulics, robotics, and PLC equipment expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years in industrial maintenance and leadership experience.
• Associate’s degree with 3+ years in industrial maintenance.
• High School Diploma with 5+ years in industrial maintenance.
• Strong knowledge of hydraulics, presses, robotics, PLC equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a dedicated team of maintenance associates to ensure optimal equipment performance.
• Coordinate with manufacturing and facilities engineering.
• Set performance and cost-control standards.
• Maintain critical parts inventory.
• Provide coaching and training and drive continuous improvement.
