Qualifications

• 5-7 years of work experience is required.
• Experience in the Food Processing, Beverage, Dairy, or Brewing Industry is preferred.
• Knowledge of Proactive Maintenance Systems is preferred.

• Manage daily operations of the Maintenance Department.
• Oversee emergency and urgent work scheduling.
• Supervise maintenance technicians and assign tasks.
• Support quality and food safety initiatives.
