Role Overview

The Maintenance Supervisor manages maintenance staff, implements maintenance programs, keeps records, ensures machinery safety and functionality, oversees equipment rebuilds, and collaborates with regulatory agencies.

Job Details

Schedule: 5 PM - 2 AM, Monday to Friday, with overtime and weekends as needed. Location: Wilsonville plant.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance operations, including routine and preventive maintenance
• Plan and coordinate equipment rebuilds and overhauls, manage budgets
• Hire, train, evaluate, and motivate maintenance staff
• Ensure compliance with safety and company policies
• Maintain records, monitor budgets, and manage supplies
• Coordinate with other departments and management
• Maintain safe, clean, and OSHA-compliant work environments

Requirements

• Bachelor's in manufacturing engineering or related field, or high school diploma with experience
• 6+ years manufacturing experience, preferably in food/beverage
• 4+ years supervising staff
• Knowledge of ISO, Food Safety, HACCP, GMP, Coca-Cola KORE, sanitation, and plant systems
