Job summary

Aspire Bakeries in Swedesboro, NJ seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to coordinate maintenance, ensure equipment reliability, plant safety, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will guide preventive and corrective maintenance while optimizing team performance.

You will use CMMS to track work orders and downtime, lead a 3rd shift team, and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime, with weekends required and a 10 PM–6:30 AM schedule.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in maintenance operations, preferably in an automated food processing environment.
• Ability to read and interpret maintenance manuals, diagrams, and work orders.
• Basic knowledge of PLCs and preventive maintenance techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CMMS.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks in manufacturing settings.
• Must possess basic handtools (screwdrivers, wrench, pliers, etc.).

About the Role

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at our Swedesboro, NJ bakery. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will coordinate maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability, plant safety, and operational efficiency. Your leadership will be critical in managing preventive and corrective maintenance while optimizing team performance.

• Shift: 3rd
• Hours: 10 pm – 6:30 am
• Weekend Availability:Required

Compensation

• Salary Range: $95,000 - 105,000

Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)

• Utilize CMMS to track work orders, preventive maintenance, and equipment history.
• Conduct root cause analysis for mechanical downtime and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards for plant facilities and equipment.
• Collaborate with production and planning teams to align maintenance schedules with operational needs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance equipment reliability and reduce downtime.

Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in maintenance operations, preferably in an automated food processing environment.
