Job summary

Conagra Brands is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Fayetteville, AR facility to lead second-shift maintenance operations. You will support production equipment, building systems, and plant reliability while guiding a team to meet safety, uptime, and cost goals.

You will plan maintenance work, monitor downtime, and drive preventive and predictive programs, providing technical coaching and ensuring adherence to safety standards. This role offers growth in a large manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will lead second-shift maintenance activities at our Fayetteville manufacturing plant, supporting production equipment, building systems, and plant reliability. You will manage maintenance work, preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and resources to support safety, uptime, quality, and cost goals.

A Taste of Your Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance work and staffing to support production needs.
• Monitor equipment downtime and production performance, identifying mechanical trends and improvement opportunities.
• Lead preventive and predictive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability.
• Provide technical guidance, training, and coaching to maintenance employees.
• Manage labor, overtime, parts, and maintenance expenses within departmental budgets.
• Support mechanical integrity, equipment reliability, maintenance, and capital projects.

Ingredients Required for Your Success

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or another technical field preferred.
• Three to five years of maintenance experience preferred.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Experience with preventive maintenance programs and electronic and electrical principles.
• Experience reading blueprints, schematics, maintenance instructions, and technical procedures.
• Computer proficiency and effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Computer-aided design and drafting experience preferred.

Compensation

Annual Base Salary: $64,000.00 - $90,000.00

The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
