Marzetti Company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for its New York Frozen Foods operation. The role leads shift maintenance, directs a team of technicians, and ensures equipment reliability and safe, efficient plant performance.

Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM | 3-4-4-3 rotating schedule.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for directing maintenance activities on the assigned shift in a safe, efficient, and cost-effective manner. This role oversees the repair, maintenance, and reliability of all production machinery, equipment, utilities, physical plant, and grounds while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. The Maintenance Supervisor will lead and supervise a team of Maintenance Technicians, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, while supporting production goals through timely and effective maintenance practices.
Works in a manufacturing environment where the employee is regularly required to speak, read, sit, stand, walk, lift, reach, grasp and bend while moving about the facility. Must be able to move 75 pounds 25 feet or more. Must be able to stand for an 8-10-hour shift (sometimes longer) with regular breaks while performing repetitive work. May be required to work overtime, weekends and/or holidays as needed. The employee is regularly exposed to heat, fumes, odors, dust, oil, slippery floors, moving parts/equipment and risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the plant is loud. Earplugs, safety glasses, beardnets (if facial hair exists), hairnets, and steel-toed / slip-resistant shoes are required in the plant in accordance with company GMP and safety standards. Must maintain a clean shaved face to facilitate wearing a Full Face Respirator.
