FPC of Savannah in Manteca, CA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead a 24/7 manufacturing facility. Plan staffing, prioritize work, and keep maintenance aligned with production demands to minimize downtime.

Responsibilities include overseeing preventive maintenance, responding to breakdowns, coaching and developing maintenance personnel, working with production leadership to prioritize needs, reviewing work orders and PM schedules, and driving reliability improvements and safe

Qualifications

6+ years of industrial maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
1+ year leading, mentoring, or directing maintenance personnel.
Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting knowledge.

Responsibilities

Plan staffing, prioritize work, and keep maintenance aligned with production demands.
Oversee preventive maintenance, breakdown response, and daily equipment issues to minimize downtime.
Coach, mentor, and develop maintenance personnel through hands-on leadership and technical training.
Work closely with production leadership to prioritize maintenance needs and keep operations moving.
Review work orders, PM schedules, and equipment issues to improve response time, reliability, and maintenance effectiveness.
Reinforce plant policies, safe work practices, and accountability across the maintenance team.
Support training, skill development, and continuous growth within the maintenance organization.
Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, communication, and maintenance processes.
Participate in safety investigations, corrective actions, and initiatives that improve overall plant performance.
