Job summary

The BAM Companies is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and keep properties in top condition. You will oversee HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and grounds upkeep while upholding BAM standards and delivering a positive resident experience.

You will mentor staff, manage preventative maintenance, and drive efficient operations, with a focus on quality and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in property maintenance with supervisory experience a plus.
• EPA Type 2 or Universal Certification is required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the maintenance team to perform high-quality work across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general upkeep.
• Maintain BAM brand standards and deliver a great living experience for residents.
• Schedule and oversee preventative maintenance to prevent issues before they arise.

What You’ll Do:

As aMaintenance Supervisor, you’ll lead our maintenance team to ensure our properties stay in tip‑top shape. Your mechanical expertise will be key in keeping systems like HVAC, plumbing, and electrical running smoothly while also ensuring that the grounds, common areas, and curb appeal are top‑notch.

• Lead the Team: Oversee and train maintenance staff to perform high‑quality work in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property upkeep.
• Maintain Standards: Ensure all systems and facilities meet BAM’s brand standards and deliver a great living experience for residents.
• Preventative Maintenance: Schedule and oversee regular inspections and repairs to prevent issues before they arise.
• Team Development: Guide, coach, and help your team grow with training, feedback, and ongoing support.
• Cost‑Effective Operations: Manage budgets, purchase supplies, and keep maintenance operations efficient.

Position Pay Range

$27 - $32 USD

Pay is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, education, and the overall compensation package.
