Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC in Jacksonville, FL is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team and ensure property upkeep to the highest standards.

You will supervise technicians, coordinate inspections, handle work orders, and uphold safety protocols while delivering excellent resident service. A strong background in building maintenance and HVAC is preferred, with a valid driver's license and the ability to work weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• EPA HVAC certification preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must be able to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from the Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of the property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate the make-ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills with residents, staff, and vendors.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance and keep shop organized.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Compensation: $34 to $36 per hour + $3000 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment

We are looking for a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to help guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our property.
