Job summary

ANDRITZ in Muncy, PA is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead daily maintenance operations in a safety-focused manufacturing setting. You will oversee preventive and corrective maintenance, drive equipment reliability, and support productivity and cost goals.

The role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance, supervisory experience, and expertise with CMMS/SAP, OSHA standards, and lean practices. Join a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in a related technical field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 5 years of industrial maintenance experience and 2 years of supervisory or maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience with preventive maintenance planning, industrial equipment troubleshooting, and CMMS and/or SAP.
• Working knowledge of OSHA requirements, lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and safe work practices.
• Preferred: lean manufacturing, CNC equipment, robotics, automation, or facility maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Lead and reinforce safe work practices, company policies, and employee accountability.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
• Develop and improve preventive maintenance programs to reduce downtime and extend asset life.
• Monitor equipment uptime, PM completion, backlog, and repair costs; take corrective action as needed.
• Support troubleshooting of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical, and automated systems.
• Coach employees, approve time and leave requests, maintain accurate records, and support continuous improvement.
• Track, review, and approve time records and vacation/sick leave requests per policy.
• Participate in lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives; adapt shifts as needed.
• Communicate and enforce policies, procedures, and health and safety requirements through shift meetings.
