The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily maintenance operations, providing team members with training, instructions, tools, and direction to maintain equipment and facilities effectively.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise maintenance technicians and team members.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and applicable laws.
  • Train employees, plan, assign, and direct work, and appraise performance.
  • Provide counseling or disciplinary actions as needed, following company policies.
  • Monitor equipment, oversee repairs, and implement preventive maintenance to ensure hatchery performance.
  • Coordinate with production, trucking, and other departments to handle projects and resolve issues.
Education and Experience
  • High school diploma or GED; post-secondary education is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
  • Ability to speak, read, and interpret English documents, safety rules, instructions, and manuals.
  • Effective communication skills with both hourly and managerial personnel.
  • Basic English proficiency required; bilingual skills are a plus.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 5:00 AM to 3:00 PM.
