Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on repair experience across trades (plumbing, appliances, HVAC, electrical).
• Ability to read plans and troubleshoot diverse residential systems.
• Experience mentoring staff and contributing to department budgets.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to the Property Manager by delegating tasks to maintenance, grounds, and cleaning teams.
• Address and resolve a wide range of residential service requests promptly and professionally.
• Prepare vacant apartments for occupancy by performing market-ready repairs.
• Communicate unresolved issues to the Property Manager for timely resolution.
• Participate in on-call emergency repair rotations to service residents.
• Assist in budgeting inputs, vendor bids, and inventory management.
