Position Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for managing the maintenance and repair operations of a multifamily residential property. This role involves overseeing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring that the property is well-maintained, and addressing tenant service requests in a timely and efficient manner. The Service Supervisor also plays a key role in maintaining the property’s operational standards and compliance with safety regulations.
This position will be on site at our facility located in: Fort Worth, TX.
