The Crescent Hotels Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Williamsburg, Virginia. The role involves leading a maintenance team, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and performing repairs on various mechanical and electrical systems.
Requirements include 7+ years of facility management experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid Virginia driver’s license. Candidates should possess strong leadership and communication skills.
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership, technical support, and guidance to Maintenance Technicians. Types of work will include but are not limited to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, structural, finishes, pools, electronics, and service of various equipment normally found in a commercial kitchen or hotel environment. The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for team compliance with shop rules, bargaining unit stipulations, timekeeping rules, safety regulations, and compliance with CWF policies and procedures.
This is a non-exempt position, eligible to receive overtime in accordance with the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA). This position may be subject to overtime during high peak times, etc. as directed and approved by the supervisor.
