Job summary

The BAM Companies in Evansville, IN is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and structural systems running smoothly. This hands-on role rewards reliability, problem solving, and teamwork.

You’ll perform preventative maintenance, address resident needs, and provide after-hours support when required. A high school diploma and 2–3 years of maintenance experience are preferred, with a valid driver’s license and EPA Type 2 or Universal certification if applicable.

Physical Demands:

This is a hands-on role, so expect to be on your feet, moving, bending, climbing, and lifting heavy objects. You’ll need the stamina to keep up with the demands of the job.

Is This You?

If you have a high school diploma (or equivalent), 2-3 years of maintenance experience, and hold a valid driver’s license, you're already ahead of the game. If you also have an EPA Type 2 or Universal certification, even better!

Pay is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, location, experience, education, and the overall compensation package.

$17 - $19 USD
