Marquette Management Inc. is seeking a Service Manager at our Warrenville, IL location.

This role involves overseeing maintenance operations to ensure residents have a clean, well-maintained living environment. Responsibilities include general repairs, apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, and moving appliances.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience, preferably in apartments or hotels
• Leadership, customer service skills, and computer knowledge
• Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turns
• HVAC or EPA Universal Certification (a plus)
• Availability for on-call work and weekends (a plus)
