Job summary

100Hires, Inc. seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to lead and improve maintenance operations within a manufacturing facility.

The role focuses on strengthening maintenance processes, building an effective preventive maintenance program, and developing the team. You will organize and improve day-to-day maintenance, use data to identify gaps, enhance CMMS utilization and parts management, and drive efficiency and OEE improvements while supporting technician training and development.
