Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate maintenance tasks with the Plant Manager and direct the maintenance team.
• Coach, train, and develop maintenance staff; maintain PM records.
• Diagnose, repair, and fabricate machinery with minimal production downtime.
• Plan repair procedures, tools, and safety measures before starting work.
• Source and order replacement parts; read technical drawings to guide work.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting, PLCs/controllers, welding, and milling/metalworking when needed.
