Job summary

Fairfield Residential is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team at Riverwoods Apartments in Woodbridge, VA. You will oversee maintenance, manage service requests, and ensure safety and property standards.

The role requires HVAC-EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification, 3+ years of hands-on maintenance, and supervisory experience; Yardi experience is preferred with a valid driver’s license. Benefits include paid time off and comprehensive insurance options.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • HVAC-EPA Type II or EPA Universal certification is required.
  • CPO certification strongly preferred; associates without a CPO must obtain within 90 days of hire.
  • Three+ years of hands-on apartment or building maintenance experience required.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Experience with Yardi or other property management accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of residential plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair work.
  • Ability to read, write, understand and communicate in English.
  • A valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities
