Brookside is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for Ashton on Main in Nicholasville, KY. Lead a multifamily maintenance team, oversee repairs, and ensure safety and quality across all building systems.

Qualifications

• 2 years of multifamily maintenance experience.
• EPA Type II or Universal Certification required.
• Strong HVAC experience.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Knowledge of electrical plumbing carpentry and general apartment maintenance.
• Leadership experience or ability to lead a maintenance team.
• Reliable transportation and basic hand tools.
• Ability to respond to after hours emergencies.
• Ability to work outdoors and perform physical maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the property's maintenance team
• Complete work orders, repairs and apartment make readies
• Troubleshoot and maintain HVAC plumbing electrical and other building systems
• Coordinate vendors and outside contractors
• Maintain inventory supplies and maintenance records
• Help manage the maintenance budget
• Ensure the property meets safety and maintenance standards
• Provide responsive professional service to residents
• Follow OSHA EPA Fair Housing and company safety standards
