Otis Elevator is seeking a passionate and driven individual to join and lead our maintenance operations and help us continue to provide exceptional service to our customers. The main goal of the role is to provide day-to-day management and training of field staff, including employee selection and development, field training, and safety. This individual will also lead operational efforts, managing costs while ensuring superior customer satisfaction. You will report to the manager in the Michigan/Traverse City territory.

On a typical day you will:
