Conifer Realty LLC seeks a Maintenance Supervisor for our affordable housing communities in Ithaca, NY. You will lead a maintenance team, oversee work orders, and ensure safety, quality, and resident satisfaction.

• Experience with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems

Maintenance Supervisor – Affordable Housing | Ithaca, NY

Salary: $27.00 - $30.00 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 40hrs | On-Call Rotation

What You’ll Bring as a Maintenance Supervisor

You’re organized, dependable, and skilled in both leadership and repair work. You bring:

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on‑call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).
