Job summary

Sunrise Community, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the maintenance staff and ensure facilities are well maintained.

The role requires supervising trades across air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, and related systems, with a focus on safety and cost-effective quality. You will coordinate with directors and department heads, perform preventive maintenance, manage inventories, and help ensure regulatory compliance across buildings and grounds.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment background and drug screenings.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Basic computer skills required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum two years experience in multi-trade maintenance (air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, etc.).
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides direction, supervision, monitoring, and oversight to the maintenance staff
• Collaborates with directors and department heads to ensure facilities are well maintained with quality craftsmanship in a cost-effective manner
• Ensures regular preventative maintenance and repairs to A/C, fire alarms, sprinklers, electrical units, septic, plumbing
• Ensures all equipment and tools are inventoried, well maintained and accounted for
• Assists in monitoring regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds
• Performs all other duties as assigned

• Assists in monitoring the regulatory compliance of buildings, equipment, and grounds
• Performs all other duties as assigned
