Job summary

RAM Partners, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Coffey Creek to lead the maintenance team and uphold property integrity. This role requires coordinating inspections, prioritzing work orders, and ensuring service requests are handled promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• EPA HVAC and CPO certification.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel).
• Willing to work flexible schedule including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating the maintenance staff with guidance from the Property Manager.
• Perform inspections of property and address any maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority.
• Inspect and coordinate the ready process.
• Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner.
• Maintain Property Grounds and common areas to meet company standards.
• Preventative Maintenance
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.

Compensation: $39 to $40 per hour

Overview

Coffey Creek is looking for a maintenance supervisor to guide the maintenance team in maintaining the integrity of our property.
