Job description

As theMaintenance Supervisor Nightsyou will be responsible for direct supervision and development of the Maintenance team completion of work orders, and the development and execution of a comprehensive predictive maintenance program for all equipment and the facilities.

A Taste of the Role:

  • Working closely with production by utilizing the maintenance management system and real-time measurement (OEE), establish procedures, schedules, and resource deployment to ensure equipment will be maintained at a high level to achieve production requirements in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Ensuring that an overall preventative/predictive maintenance system is developed and implemented through a working relationship with production, planning and staff to meet requirements of the system and to ensure that maintenance task are completed in accordance with approved schedules and budgets while maintaining documented records
  • Collaborating with Maintenance Manager to ensure ongoing assessment and skills development process is achieved for all maintenance staff
  • Conducting meetings with maintenance staff to review previous shifts and current plan
  • Investigating and solving production problems that involve inadequacies of equipment, maintenance, and operating technique
  • Identifying and providing required technical assistance for the training of operating areas for current technologies and when new equipment and processes are implemented.
  • Participating in continuous improvement teams pertaining to expansions, new product lines, and diversification
  • Ensuring an efficient management of automated system of inventory tracking of parts and equipment for the maintenance department by conducting cycle counts and inventory adjustments
  • Integrating parts and maintenance records within a centralized maintenance management system
  • Setting expectations and holding accountability to all safety policies, food safety policies and best practices daily.
  • Oversee the completion of all safety work orders within a timely manner that is set by the maintenance manager

Path for Success:

  • Four-year college degree and/or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • 3+ years of in a manufacturing environment
  • 2+ years of leadership experience
  • Familiar with manufacturing controls, PLC’s and VFD principles, electrical
  • Strong food safety and GMP awareness
  • Basic understanding of OSHA and safety procedures.
  • Experience in forklift, scissor lift and boom lift

Salary details etc:

  • This role offers an annual salary of $85,000 - $95,000 w/ a 10% bonus.
  • We offer an amazing benefits package include an option for 100% employer paid.
  • We offer a $2,000 signing bonus
  • This is an on-site role NIGHTS based out of Sussex WI
