Maintenance Supervisor

Division: Multifamily

Status: Non-Exempt

Job Summary: In the Maintenance Supervisor role, you will be responsible for performing, supervising, and coordinating service functions to ensure the efficient upkeep of the buildings and property.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide training, guidance, and supervision to the maintenance team
2. Ensure work orders are completed timely and thoroughly
3. Schedule and supervise in-house and vendor/contractor work
4. Manage inventory, ordering, and delivery of supplies and equipment for the service team
5. Schedule and perform preventive maintenance
6. Research and evaluate products used in maintenance; make recommendations as needed
7. Assist team in fulfilling service requests

• At least 3 years of multifamily property maintenance experience
• One year of supervisory experience required
• Expertise in plumbing, HVAC, appliance repair, electrical, and carpentry
• HVAC certification
• Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities

• Availability for on-call and weekend work
