Job summary

Sika Corporation is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor for its Sealy, TX manufacturing site to oversee shift maintenance, coordinate projects, and support operations. The role involves payroll oversight, contractor liaison, and ensuring safe, efficient production equipment performance.

The ideal candidate will lead a skilled maintenance team, coordinate with engineering and production, and uphold strong safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational capabilities with good record keeping skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows Application Software.

• Supervise shift maintenance staff including coaching, training, evaluation and disciplinary functions.
• Manage payroll for all maintenance employees.
• Assist in managing outside contractors.
• Key member of a team that is responsible to ensure efficient operation of production machinery.
• Coordinate all maintenance projects.
• Handle general facility maintenance.
• Lubrication / oil changing of heavy production machinery.
• Modify existing structural components to comply with safety regulations, cost savings measures as required

Job Description

Sika Corporation is looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join it's growing team in the Sealy, TX area for its roofing business. The maintenance supervisor will handle general facility maintenance and supports the manufacturing process. This position reports to the Maintenance Manager

• Supervise shift maintenance staff including coaching, training, evaluation and disciplinary functions.
• Manage payroll for all maintenance employees.

• Key member of a team that is responsible to ensure efficient operation of production machinery.
• Coordinate all maintenance projects.

• General office and manufacturing maintenance
• Lubrication / oil changing of heavy production machinery
• Modify existing structural components to comply with safety regulations, cost savings measures as required
