Maintenance & Field Operations Supervisor

Job Summary

Provide members, guests and team members with facilities and an environment which is in well maintained order, including the interior and exterior of the buildings.

Essential Position Functions

• Open and Inspect Amenities facilities daily to determine repairs and maintenance.
• Daily opening tasks includes clubhouse, pool, grounds and parking lot maintenance.
• Use Asana (project management software) to track and complete daily maintenance tasks and projects.
• Monitor inventory of materials and equipment.
• Ensure that the facilities, pools/spa, sport courts and other amenity areas are maintained to standard. Inspect and maintain for cleanliness, organization, safety, and good repair.
• Performs general repairs and maintenance for all amenities areas including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, and structural aspects of the buildings and grounds.
• Maintains cleanliness and appearance of parking lots including picking up debris, blowing off sidewalks and arranging outdoor furniture.
• Monitor contracted services partners including pool and spa maintenance and janitorial vendors.
• Inspect sidewalks, pavers, pool cushions and rest rooms to ensure safe and sanitary conditions.
• Ensure compliance to quality standards and health and safety regulations.
• Performs other duties as required.

Required Skills And Abilities

• Proven experience as maintenance and field operations supervisor or similar role.
• Knowledge of project management and preventive maintenance skills are helpful.
• Working knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, clay courts and pool maintenance.
• Knowledge of potential safety hazards, and related safety precautions and compliance regulations.
• Knowledge of kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Skill in the use of hand and power tools.
• Must be able to work Tuesday through Saturday in order to be considered for the role
  
  

Educational Experiences And Requirements

• Five years of hospitality facility maintenance experience or equivalent experience in a residential community.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred, not required.
• CPO, CPR, AED, First Aid Certifications.
  
  

Working Conditions

• Works indoors and outdoors. Potential exposure to sharp and rapid equipment movement, sharp utensils, harmful chemicals, and or solvents if proper safety procedures are not followed.
• Must be in excellent physical condition to perform manual labor, such as bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, standing, lifting, and grasping for extended periods of time and in all weather conditions.
