Westminster Suncoast, a beautiful active living retirement community located in St. Petersburg, is currently seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.

The Maintenance Supervisor will assist the Maintenance Director in supervising, coordinating, and performing maintenance and repairs of physical structures, equipment, and grounds.

Must have SNF experience.

Job duties include but are not limited to:

• Managing and supervising staff members, coordinating work schedules, and assigning work orders.
• Monitoring daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance tasks and work orders.
• Managing, maintaining, and ordering maintenance supplies.
• Interacting with contractors or vendors regarding repairs.
• Coordinating building and equipment repair projects with staff and contractors.
• Training staff on troubleshooting and repairing electrical, plumbing, and A/C systems.
