About The Maintenance Supervisor Position At The Ravello

We’re looking for a talented maintenance supervisor responsible for daily maintenance operations, physical upkeep, and compliance with company policies and regulations. The role includes ensuring safety, managing budgets, and leading the maintenance team.

• Manage daily maintenance tasks, service requests, and unit make-ready standards.
• Review and track service request progress and address chronic issues.
• Respond promptly to maintenance issues, maintaining professionalism.
• Perform repairs in electrical, plumbing, appliances, flooring, carpentry, HVAC, grounds, and other areas.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and safety inspections.
• Ensure work order systems are accurate and timely.
• Oversee property grounds, safety, and emergency management.
• Maintain safety and risk management compliance.
• Participate in on-call rotations and promote customer satisfaction.
• Conduct apartment inspections and mentor the maintenance team.
• Ensure budget adherence and compliance with policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education And Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least three years in property management or related field.
• General maintenance and carpentry skills.

Skills And Requirements

• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, auto insurance.
• Proficiency in English, basic office equipment.
• Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Ability to handle difficult situations and maintain confidentiality.
• Compliance with safety and uniform policies.
