Job summary

AMERICAN Castings is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead a manufacturing crew, schedule and close work orders and PMIs, and ensure policy compliance. You will evaluate personnel performance and drive reliability on a 12‑hour rotating schedule.

The ideal candidate has 4+ years in maintenance supervision, strong PLC and motor control knowledge, and outstanding communication and organizational skills to keep production, safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as maintenance supervisor in manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills.
• Strong knowledge of PLCs and motor controls.

Responsibilities

• Manage activities and personnel on shift, evaluating performance.
• Apply company policy and set goals for the crew.

Seeking motivated individual with excellent leadership, communication and organizational skills. Position will manage activities & personnel, evaluate the performance of personnel and apply company policy. Schedule, plan and close work orders, PMI's and set goals & expectations for your crew. Strong working knowledge of PLC's & advanced motor controls preferred. 4+ yrs exp as maintenance supervisor in mfg environment required. This is a 12 hrs/3/4/3 work schedule.
