Job summary

La Lomita, Inc. in Pleasanton, CA seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC and other building systems in retail environments.

You will lead Maintenance Associates, schedule repairs, manage budget inputs, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while delivering cost‑effective results.

Candidates should have strong leadership, problem-solving, and proficiency with MS Office; a high school diploma and 5+ years of maintenance experience are required.

• Ensures maintenance and repair work is completed correctly and in a timely manner.
• Assists with departmental budget estimates and costs of specific repair projects.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee maintenance and repairs of electrical, plumbing, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, carpentry, painting, and other building systems.

Manage and direct Maintenance Associates to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed safely, efficiently and cost effectively and maintain statutory regulations.

Duties and Responsibilities
