Job description

We are seeking a Maintenance Supervisor / Technician to oversee the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management and leadership skills to ensure the smooth functioning of our maintenance team.

Responsibilities

1. Possess a very strong electrical and mechanical background in an industrial setting.
2. Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians.
3. Manage and prioritize maintenance requests and work orders.
4. Utilize logic controllers and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot issues.
5. Maintain high voltage systems and equipment.
6. Implement and manage a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
7. Oversee HVAC systems and ensure they are properly maintained.
8. Experience with welding, plumbing, and burning is a plus.
9. Experience working on overhead cranes.
10. Ability to read and work from schematics, diagrams, and sketches.
