Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance for screw machinery, blade tooling, and plant electrical/equipment to ensure safe, reliable operations through preventive maintenance and troubleshooting.

You'll supervise technicians, plan maintenance programs, troubleshoot diverse systems, and coordinate with production to minimize downtime while maintaining records and driving improvements. First shift with room for growth and strong benefits.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and assign work to maintenance technicians and mechanics
• Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance programs for screw machines, blade tooling, and auxiliary equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Oversee setup, adjustment, and maintenance of screw machinery and cutting blade systems
• Diagnose electrical issues including motors, drives, controls, sensors, and basic PLC systems
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, lockout/tagout procedures, and plant policies
• Coordinate maintenance activities with production to minimize downtime
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and equipment history
• Manage spare parts inventory and work with vendors and contractors as needed
• Support continuous improvement, reliability initiatives, and root cause analysis of equipment failures
• Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, and plant improvement projects
