Job summary

Integrity Parma is seeking a Maintenance Technician/Supervisor to keep our 148 apartment homes in top shape. You will perform repairs and upgrades, preparing vacant units and maintaining outdoor spaces to create a welcoming environment for residents.

The role requires electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting skills, plus the ability to coordinate with vendors and the property manager. On-site work with an on-call rotation is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must pass background check and drug test (marijuana tested).
• 20 days PTO per year (pro-rated).
• 7 paid holidays.
• On-call pay including travel pay.
