Job summary

Integrity Realty Group, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Shaker Collection (Park East, Shaker Townhouse, Shaker House, Cormere) in Cleveland. This is a working supervisor role; you will perform repairs and preventive maintenance while guiding other techs, ordering supplies, and coordinating vendors.

You will also share an on-call rotation, help prepare vacant units for new residents, and handle electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting tasks across four buildings and 260

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience.
• Knowledge of general maintenance tasks.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• A valid driver\'s license and reliable transportation during workdays.
• Must have own hand tools.
• Must pass a background check and drug test (marijuana testing).
• 20 days PTO per year (pro-rated in the first year).
• 7 paid holidays.
• On-call pay including travel pay.

Responsibilities

Maintenance Supervisor Shaker Collection (Park East, Shaker Townhouse, Shaker House, Cormere)

8:30 AM - 5:00 PM

We\'re seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to keep our property in top-notch shape. This is a working supervisor position, so in addition to completing work orders and preventive maintenance, you will help oversee the other maintenance techs, order supplies, and coordinate vendors. You will also share an on-call rotation with the maintenance technicians.

Shaker Collection has four buildings and 260 apartment homes.
