Job summary

andCo Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for our Palm Coast property. You will lead a hands-on maintenance crew, oversee repairs across guest spaces and resort facilities, and ensure preventive maintenance is completed to high standards.

You’ll develop schedules, enforce safety, and coordinate across departments to keep operations running smoothly. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of supervisory experience in hotel or resort settings, hands-on HVAC/mechanical knowledge, and

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience in hotel, resort, hospitality, property maintenance, or similar.
• Hands-on experience with HVAC and mechanical systems, or relevant vocational or technical training.
• Clear communicator who can lead a team, collaborate across departments, and handle challenges with a solutions-first mindset.
• Organized, dependable, and able to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced resort environment.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for scheduling, reporting, and communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate the maintenance team while keeping daily operations running smoothly.
• Oversee maintenance and repairs throughout guest accommodations, common areas, and resort facilities.
• Create schedules, assign priorities, and ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Perform and supervise preventive maintenance across HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general upkeep.
• Conduct regular property inspections to identify issues and keep the resort safe and guest-ready.
• Monitor essential systems and equipment to ensure reliable operation.
• Support onboarding and hands-on training for maintenance team members.
• Follow OSHA guidelines and safety standards while keeping work areas organized and safe.
• Track maintenance activity, complete reports, and communicate updates and priorities to leadership.
• Lead from the front and roll up sleeves when needed.

Here's What You'll Be Up To:

• Lead, support, and motivate the maintenance team while keeping daily operations running smoothly.

• Follow OSHA guidelines, applicable building codes, and company safety standards while keeping work areas organized and safe.
• Monitor tools, equipment, and maintenance supplies to make sure the team has what it needs to get the job done.
• Track maintenance activity, complete reports, and communicate updates, priorities, and concerns with leadership.
• Jump in when needed. Great supervisors know when to lead from the front and aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
• You have at least 1 year of supervisory experience in hotel , resort , hospitality, property maintenance, or a similar environment.
• You have hands‑on experience with HVAC and mechanical systems, or relevant vocational or technical training.
• You're a clear communicator who knows how to lead a team, collaborate across departments, and handle challenges with a solutions‑first mindset.
• You take pride in creating safe, well‑maintained spaces and understand how maintenance plays a big part in the guest experience.
• You're organized, dependable, and comfortable balancing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced resort environment.
• You're comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for scheduling, reporting, and communication.
• You're flexible and able to support the operation during weekends, holidays, emergencies, and high‑occupancy periods when needed.
• You're hands‑on, curious, and not afraid to figure things out. When something needs fixing, you don't just point at it, you help solve it.
