Job summary

Conifer Realty in Owings Mills, MD is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team across affordable housing communities. You will oversee repairs, ensure safety compliance, and maintain high resident satisfaction while managing day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of apartment or residential maintenance experience, including team supervision.
• HVAC certification and knowledge of inspections, preventive maintenance, and Fair Housing.
• Expertise in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and safety compliance.
• Experience managing budgets, vendors, and maintenance schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Yardi or similar systems.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to respond within 30 minutes for on-call emergencies.
• High school diploma or GED (technical or vocational training preferred).

• Manage work orders, make-ready units, and preventive maintenance schedules
• Coordinate with the Community Manager on budgets, inspections, and resident care.

Salary: $26.00 - $32.00 | Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 40hrs | On-Call Rotation
