Marquette Management Inc., www.marquettemanagement.com is looking for a Service Manager at our location in Oswego, IL.
The Service Manager plays a key role in providing residents with a clean, well-maintained living environment. Responsibilities include general repairs to apartments and common areas, vacant apartment preparation, snow and trash removal, emergency repairs, cleaning, landscaping, ordering maintenance supplies, record keeping, accepting deliveries, moving appliances, and other related duties.
Requirements
The Service Manager must have previous maintenance experience, preferably in the apartment or hotel industry, along with excellent leadership, customer service skills, and basic computer knowledge. Experience with plumbing, electrical, appliances, and apartment turnovers is required.
HVAC or EPA Universal Certification is a plus. Availability for on-call duties and flexibility to work weekends when necessary are also preferred.
